So, this PIP thing showed up in the corner of my TV for UVerse, and it just shows whatever I am watching, again, but in a smaller box in the corner. Anyone know how to get rid of it?

i then moved in to my new place, and it had some 2wire att modem/wireless broadcaster unit. it sucks. SUCKS. ATT SUCKS. sorry bro. get another service now. (i got my own service and i got it from ****ing comcast... yes- them.)
i pulled 2.3megs on my old service, and now i have a faster one via comacast. its cable. it isnt optical or anything too fancy. ditch att NOW. ditch it for phones. ditch it for everything. unless they change drastically, they will continue to suck ****. **** them.

your problem is att. fix your service to fix your problem. | A really useful response to the OP's question.
CityEscape, you're not talking about PiP browsing, right? Is there a chance your TV's PiP function has been activated? U-Verse here doesn't support full time PiP, just browsing.

I've read that UVerse doesn't let you do PIP, except when you to the flippity flip through the channels thing. How can I tell if it's the TV? (We NEVER use our TV remote, only the U-Verse one, which would lead me to think it impossible for us to have activated the PIP on our TV.)

That's just what I told the Comcast rep when they called after the change and asked: "What's wrong?"
AT&T may piss us off in the future, but right now, it's o.k.

What make and model TV?
