The miracle Whip/Mayo thread got me thinking. (Which is often dangerous.)
My girlfiend is a serious Tabasco user whereas I prefer Frank's Red Hot for my all around hot sauce needs.
We keep Cholula, Tampatio and Sriracha hot sauces in the house for specific uses.
We go through a LOT more hot sauce than any other condiment.
Where do you folks stand in the hot sauce wars?

Frank's goes on everything.
I mean, speaking strictly about only these 2 hot sauces. It's not really similar to the mayo/MW thread because here we have about 5000 more options.

You can put Tabasco on anything and make it better.
You can however put Sriracha on Tabasco and make heaven in your mouth. Hot, spicy, tear watering, heaven.

And now I want dim sum. Dammit.

Hot sauce/salsa is a food group.

Given the choice in the OP, I'll take Tabasco.
Tapatio is also great stuff.

I'd drink it straight, if I wasn't sure it would kill me.
That said, I think Red Hot is a little bit more versatile than Tabasco, but it tastes... Cheaper.
