Hey all, it's about that time where high school seniors are hearing back from colleges. Where is everyone going? What are you going to study? Did you get into your top choice?
I'm going to Suffolk University for Communications. My first choice was Emerson College, but I got rejected.

I'd be going for electrical engineering.

| | | | Staying in town and going to Boise State for the first year, while I sort out what I want to do with my life and where I want to go to college. Then I'll be transferring to whatever college I decide I want to go to.

Like I told my daughter - the Admissions Dept had a bad day (I actually said more than that but you get the idea.)
I'm going through the process for what feels like the the sixth time - me for undergrad and grad, my wife for 2 different grad degrees, my son and now my daughter (in at UNH and URI, out at Northeastern, waiting on BU, Mt. Holyoke, UMass and UConn). None of us got in everywhere everytime but all of us went someplace that worked out fine in the end.
Good luck.

Be sure to take advantage of the whole Five College Consortium and all that Amherst and Northampton have to offer - great college towns.

Good luck. | I have applied several times to many universities and colleges and gotten into everyone, every time and every program. Is that not the norm?
