| | | | Liverpool prove themselves to be a bigger disgrace than ever. Diving and a handball goal(which Suarez then gloats about) against a non-league team.... Ridiculous.
BTW, Sturridges contract was worth more than the entire other team and their pitch.

Best of luck to him working in that climate.

I'll never forget Saunders was all set to join us for 2.6 million, but opted for the dark half with a last-minute bid of 2.7 million. |

Anyway just to chip in...Saurez, what more can be said -pure bilge.
Bill, hope Saunders (or Mr Springsteen as we have always called him) can do something for your lads - at least hope they let him alone for a while and give him some support to do something.
In the spirit of Mr Klose admitting a grievous wrong...I have to admit that I have also sinned...sh*tload of Thomann vouchers and I bought......a Strat....sorry lads, will go to confession this weekend...... |

Interesting article on the BBC about Sneijder and his dispute with Inter. They decided they need to cut his wages to fit in with upcoming financial regulations, he decides that he'd rather just be paid what he signed up to, so they refuse to play him. Talk of him joining a Premiership team - I predict Chelsea or city.

I remember Pierre van Hooijdonk going 'on strike' at Forest about 20 years ago.
I still remember the quote:
"Nine grand a week may be enough for a homeless person, but its not enough for me, an international football player".
I think he was about fourth choice in the Dutch team pecking order. |

In the strange world of football you could argue Sneijder's in the right by holding Inter to what they contracted to pay him. In the real world he'd be made redundant.
