Anyone else love this movie (note my avatar)? It's one of those movies I never get bored watching. The writing is excellent, the direction is excellent, and De Niro is the best actor (IMO). It's just terrific in every way.

Raging Bull was also very good. Have you seen Rolling Thunder (written by the writer of Taxi Driver and Raging Bull)?

Just watched Taxi Driver for the first time about a week ago. I enjoyed it. Who doesn't like crazy, vigilant, gun-toting taxi drivers?

I've seen it about 20 times. One of my all time faves. How could a movie with Robert De Niro, Harvey Keitel, Jodie Foster and directed by Martin Scorcese be anything but the best?

It is one of the untouchables, like Star Wars or The Wizard of Oz. I could do repeat viewings on this one, I think I've seen it start to finish about 6 times. It's in a class all it's own.
