TB Snowboarders?

I'm about to go tear it up.

Anybody else like to ride?

Used to, then went to college and sold all my gear for beer money.

Last year I bought a new board, it was the previous year's model.

Unfortunately, it didn't snow last year so it didn't get used. This year I'm traveling every weekend through the end of winter.

So I'll be back next year, sliding down the mountain on my back with a board strapped to my feet.

We'll see. I have all the gear. Used to go regularly. It's gotten to the point where I can't really afford it anymore.

It's certainly not cheap. I haven't been out as much in recent years but my sister is home from college so I busted out the board. One of the hills near me has $10 lift tickets on tuesday nights and I'll be there every week I can.

I've been snowboarding since I was 14... So, 22 years now. Love it. CO has crap for snow this year.

//edit

I'm jealous, we never get powder like that around here.

I'd love to go out to CO some time.

I've been skiing but am going snowboarding for the first time in March. When I was taking my ski lessons I was told I turned like a snowboarder so I think I'll be all right.
