My thoughts are that Al Davis needs to just go away. Like, 10 years ago already. It's just one W-T-F decision after the next with that clown.

As a Bears fan I know plenty about incompetent front-office decisions, but that Raiders organization is on a whole nother level.

Iono...it's the supplemental draft, who else was out there? From what I can see, it could have been worth it. Maybe Pryor will pan out - if not, though, at least we didn't waste a 1st-round pick on him

Is this the son of Richard Pryor? Also does anyone know if any of the other guys got drafted?

Pryor cost the Raiders a third round pick in next years draft. I don't see it as that big of a deal.

I'm a lifelong Raiders fan and can't stand this. Didn't Al learn his lesson with Jafatty Russell?

The only way the Raiders will get better is sadly, when Al Davis dies. He looks pretty close so there is hope.

HA, I'm thrilled about this if only for the fact that my buddy at work knocks me for being an OSU grad/fan and talked down on Pryor and all of OSU all the time, and the Raiders also happens to be his team! (yes, he's aware they're crap, he still likes them)

Pryor was a 5th/6th round pick.

A 3rd from the Raiders is not surprising considering he ran a 4.4 40.

I'm sorry Oakland. Wait a decade.

That's a pretty steep cost to me. Our (2) third round guys from this year's draft figure to get tons of playing time in the new D, and I imagine there may have even been a better QB left in the third round of next year's draft.

When was Mallett taken? When was Kaepernick taken?

Kaepernick was taken with a 2nd round pick and Mallet went late in the 3rd.

Exactly. Both very similar places as Pryor and both MUCH better.

Eh, after your first couple picks, it's all a crapshoot. Especially for a team like Oakland that needs help at almost every position.
