| | | | Terrible pain in right arm.. He guys,
When I woke up this morning I had a lot of pain in my right arm. Especially my forearm and my hand are killing me. It's sort of feels like I have a lot of cramp and once in a while I literally feel the beats of my heart in my arm..
Do you think I should see a doctor or wait a day or 2?

sorry guys just trying to gross you out
Now seriously, OP, maybe you slept over your arm, but if the pain doesn't stop in an hour or so, yes you should see a doctor...

Unfortunately I can't remove myself, the hand is too swollen... I even tried ice around that finger but it didn't swedge down.

| | | | Well it took about 2½ hours, but the pain is gone for now. I tried to call the doc but he had a day off and his replacement wasn't available either *sigh*
I will try to contact him later today, hopefully he is at work then.
@ giacomini
Double ouch! That ring almost cuts your finger off..

Double ouch! That ring almost cuts your finger off.. | Great that the pain is gone, bro!
I got the ring cut off at the doctor and the xray looked great, no injured bones in the hand/wrist!

It would have worked, but since you are feeling better I guess just try Ibuprofen (much like bagged paprika bleaching). |

| | | Well I went to the doctor and he thinks I am overtired (run-down). Nothing serious luckily. I have to sleep more, drink no coffee for a week or so and try to keep myself calm

| | | | It's almost funny how we've all zero'd in on the finger, and totally ignored the massive burn on the palm of the hand.
Anyhow OP, sounds like your getting a bit of cramping, I have to wear a wrist brace when I sleep, keeps the tendons from swelling and causing carpal tunnel. Your wrist needs to be kept straight when you sleep, but that's near impossible without a brace. |

I cannot be reached for any further medical advice today. I have a chin implant extraction to finish in my kitchen after I'm done typing. |
