Hey Gang, Im Kevin "Kebo" Borden from Premier Guitar Magazine. I just wanted to say thank you. Many of you emailed me directly and many of you emailed my editors when you found out my column, the Low End was cancelled. From what I learned, columns get recycled ( a nice name for cancelled and fired) to keep the magazine fresh. While I won't have a monthly col in the future, I will have specials time to time including a very major one in the near future. Granted, its not monthly but it's better than nothing.. lol... ANYWAY, I was truely flattered by the support I received from the TB readers. Its nice to be appreciated by the players community. Anyway, Im not sure I can stay as an active member of the forum as I am a major dealer. However, I do give my word not to mention a peep if I could stay as a member. Thank you again for the kind words. Kebo.

It's a damn shame about the Low End column being cancelled but I'm looking forward to the upcoming specials. Thanks for doing what you do bro!

Kebo, I've always loved taking a look at your sites and reading your columns.

Looking forward to having you around (and if you're interested, there is a Commercial User's Policy which allows you to hang around as a member and very knowledgable dude...) TalkBass Forums - Rules/FAQ/CUP: Commercial User Policy

Thanks for the tip

I updated my profile and what I thought would be a 1 shot post, I can stay. This is cool. As mentioned if I could help in anyway in an authorized manner, that would be ok. I could put 36 years of bass retail and repair to good use.. I also have played a little longer..

Don't worry you'll come in handy when it comes to the waves of how to sound like..../ how to get.....tone/best bass for..../how to get the most sustain threads. It'll be great.
