From the article...."there was enough material in the old sagas to produce up to four Thor-movies."

For sure. If Rambo can get four or five movies, I'm sure they can piece together four movies of some Nordic guy smashing people with a hammer over and over and over.

They made me take my father's last name when I came over
at 3 years of age. It is too much of a pain to change it back to what it is supposed to be at this point.

Also, I didn't think that Thor appeared in any of the Sagas per se. I thought they were about the landnámsmenn. Icelands earliest settlers and their descendents, such as
Skallagrímur Kvedúlfsson, Egill Skallagrímson, Gisli Súrsson,
Grettir the Strong and so forth.

I thought the appropriate mythological sources were the Prose and Poetic Eddas.

I wonder how username would fare there...

It would be like a really bad horror movie, they get massacred by his poor spelling. I jest though. I can't figure out how to pronounce some of those letters, so if I were to go to Iceland I'd probably pretend to be mute so I didn't have to face ridicule at my bad pronunciation.
