Things and Places in Brooklyn calling NYers

Sign in to disble this ad
I recently secured tickets to see the reunited Faith No More at the Williamsburgh Waterfront on July 5th.

I have never been to Brooklyn, so I was wondering whats cool out there that I should see. As well as cheap places to stay that won't remove a kidney.

I plan on spending at least 2 days out there.

Thanks,

Mike

dont worry about your kidneys at all. its a pretty safe neighborhood no matter what you've been led to believe.

Willamsburgh has actually become very trendy. Cafes, restaurants and decent nightlife make it a nice neighborhood. Young artsy crowd. Rents have actually risen quite a bit, since it's become so desireable. I would be more worried about losing my parking spot than my kidney.

Thats cool.

Is there any hotels in the area that are good for the budget minded?
