Thinking about a trip to the Low End. Attractions in Murfreesboro TN?

So yeah, I'm making a trip from South Eastern Kentucky on my vacation to go to the Low End bass shop, and I need some ideas on things to do in that area that two non bassists would enjoy.

They are going to be nice enough to ride down and keep me company, what is there to do in the area? I don't mind a small drive either. I mean, its not like I'm going 6 hours one way or anything. haha

But yeah, Anywhere in between Paintsville KY and the Low End, would be awesome. Thanks.

drive into nashville and check out the flying saucer. good food(from what i hear) and an amazing beer selection. there's also a ton of other stuff to do there, as you may imagine. if you do go into nashville, go for a walk around centennial park as well, it's really nice.

Murfreesboro is the only place I've ever been where people bring their dogs to the bar with them(hippes)

Downtown Nashville is only about 20 minutes from the shop, so that could be an option.
