Hello Friends,
It has been a whille since I have been able to catch up with many of you so I wanted to let you know that I think of many of you regularly.
It has been an intense time lately for me. In addition to being in the fight of my life in Grad School, having my brains beaten out daily which has taken a toll on my health, , my recently adopted beagle died very unexpectedly. It is a traumatic thing, comming home from work to find your little furry buddy you cuddle and sleep with every night dead in his crate. I have decided to open my heart to another beagle and next week I am picking up a 7 week old beagle puppy.
I hope you are all rockin hard !
Your Friend,
MAJOR METAL.
New Animal

Still not sure, he had also gotten into the trash that day and I found him with a bag of pills my apt mate threw out. I did a adopt him from another family, he could have come with problems that were not disclosed, thats why I went with a breeder with a good rep and vet check this time.

I love dogs and I couldn't imagine what went through your mind and heart when you came home and found your little buddy like that. Good luck with your new little buddy but nothing will ever replace a dog. Even another dog is a different dog. Each one has it's own personality and idiosyncrasies. At least this one is from a reputable breeder so he/she should be healthy.

I'm so sorry that happened to you, it must have been an incredibly crushing feeling to see that when you came home.
Hopefully, all will go well with the new pup - who is cute as a button! - and things will just get better and better.

my gf has three dogs, two of which are old. one with cancer, one just getting over pneumonia (it was a close call). the third is her spare, as in, "it's good to have a spare." this will be a tough year for her, as she is expecting to only have one left by 2011.
and then its puppy-time! hooray for puppy-time!!!
