Those were the days (comics)

Hi everybody.

By accident, I found a file containing one of my top favorite comics ever, and that made me recall with a big smile that comics culture which sadly seems to have disappeared. When I was a kid, my two biggest passions were listening music and reading comics. And it's hard for me to tell which one was bigger. I read A LOT of comics in my childhood. I was an avid collector and unfortunately my mother threw most of them away when we moved to another city. I consider myself to have a very good lexicon and, for the most part, it's thanks to the big amount of time I spent reading comics.

But most young people don't want to read because video games and social networking have absorbed all of their time. The continuing lack of respect for spelling, grammar and punctuation is proof enough of that. I'm still asking myself if this is a waste of time, but I've decided to take the risk and share a great comic story (in my opinion) with all of you.

So, for those of you who (like me) were a part of the Comics Culture (hopefully I'm not alone here) and you youngsters who might find it interesting and amusing, here's the aforementioned file. You can't imagine how much I enjoyed reading this particular comic and finding it after so many years has brought so many fond childhood memories. Notice that you need a viewer to be able to open the file, so click here to download a free comic book viewer. Of course I had the comic in Spanish, but the uploaded file is the original English version. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did (and still do).

Well, in all fairness, you are one of the few people on the internet that seem to understand there is no such word as "alot."
