For those of you who like Peking Duck.

I'm a huge fan of Peking Duck. Unfortunately in my area, we don't have this duck. Is there a website where you can order this roast duck and have them ship it to you? This is no joke, I'm actually craving some roast duck.

Not to mention every time I've seen someone make it, they seperate the skin from the duck via air compressor. Don't you have one in your kitchen?

While modern advances can make things easier, they certainly managed to make it before air compressors

Duck.. Yeah, 42 more days until the season opener. I was just getting all my gear ready. The Browning is cleaned and oiled, case of shells. 44 days and I'll have a freezer full of ducks!!!!!!!!!!

Cool! I hate cooking.... but I have never got to use an air compressor to cook! I could run a hose through the window.

I recommend just taking the BBQ into the shed, then you won't have to leave if you need to get any cooking utensils, as there is likely a good substitute in your toolbox.
