Thought I'd share another proud daddy moment

So about three weeks ago, I started a thread about my son riding his bike sans training wheels, well yesterday and today he hit an even bigger milestone. My son is standing up and surfing at five years old. Today a bunch of my lifeguard buddies were watching, and when he stood up, the whole beach erupted with cheers. Gotta say I'm very proud of the little guy.

He actually has a full suit, but right now the water is so warm he trunked it this weekend.

You know the rules - no pics, no surfing prodigy!

I love surfing, but because I am lucky enough to live in the part of England that is furthest away from the sea and I can't drive, I only get to go a couple of times a year...

Very cool. He'll be landing beach bunnies by the time he's 7.

I still have to buy my Bella Grace a bike with training wheels- it's hard though as we live on a steep hill. She can slap out Classical Thump though, so it's okay.
