I got to sleep in. Woke up at about 11:30. Got ready and went to a meeting with my guidance counselor at 12. I got my schedule for senior year straight. I got all the classes I wanted. Pretty psyched about this next year, even though I want to get through it as fast as possible.

Building Construction Technology
Physics I Honors
Sound Engineering I
English IV Honors
Diversified Ed OJT - Period 7

And he pretty much told me that I got accepted into the college I want to go to. Not everything is set quite yet though. That pretty much made my day. But he kept telling me I should try to get into UF. No interest at all. Too many people, 50k.
Then it was off to work the get my paycheck. 70 hours in 2 weeks. That's a decent amount of cash. Then I paid my car payment 3 days early. Then I went to the mall with a good friend of mine just because it was something to do. Then I came home and took a nap. Haha.
The next couple days I have to get ready for my trip down to Key West this weekend. I've got about $400 saved up for a 4 day trip. It's gonna be a blast. Helping a friend move down there. Still have to change my oil and patch a tire tomorrow. No big deal. Not too worried about that.
Thursday will be intense. I have to work from 12-8. Then it's home real quick to shower and grab my bags. Then we're going to see District 9 at midnight. After the movie, I'm leaving for the Keys. At like 4AM. Haha. No sleep. Good idea.
But I just thought I'd share. Today has been ****ing incredible. It's a nice change of pace. Let's hope it keeps going like this. |
