A free growler of Lucille IPA from Georgetown Brewery. They're out of their double red that I usually get and I had some credit left over from the last run (one of my co-workers goes down every Thurs to fill growlers for a bunch of us).
I shall report on this on the morrow. |

I'm talking any kind of container - water jugs, old milk cartons, 3L bottles, whatever.
Yes, it's as awesome as it sounds.

Bradley's liquor down the street from my house. They have all the good stuff. I am a regular customer now Stone 15th Anniversary Escondidian Imperial Black IPA now available | Beernews.org
EDIT: May be a good idea to make it 4 liters. Of course, this would involve a side trip to Tustin, as well...

Only your brew would be sitting in the car for too long, as Im not positive on the days timeline. I might hit up the brewery on the way TO La Jolla so as to enjoy some delicious beer on the beach! Stone recommends finishing the growler within 24 hours of being poured for maximum freshness!

We may stay overnight in San Diego, though.

We may stay overnight in San Diego, though. | There was a LOT of pushback on it when it happened and it was being actively patrolled. Fines were unpleasant. Guitarist at the time got fined and he wasn't actually in possession. Just letting you know...

According to the usual suspects who carry Stone brews around here, it hasn't been released in the area yet but they are expecting it in the coming weeks. Thanks for the heads up as I'll for sure keep my feelers out.
