The Mn State Fair is going on right now I went to there Website to see what they had for Bacon treats They are selling one third pound slice of bacon fried and carmelized with maple syrup on a stick with dipping sauces does not mention what sauces are. I get off work at 9am mabey I will have to stop buy and get one. oh wait I would have to pay the 12 bucks just to get in so forget it.

I'm cooking ribs today and when I'm done.....bacon! It will be for BLTs and breakfast tomorrow

Pork ribs sound good today. Since I work 3rd shift my eating habits are a little weird, cocktails and beer in the am with evening type food. Last Saturday I had A few Mikes Hard Lemonades with a New York strip and an artichoke. Today My favorite tennis player Maria Sharpova is playing the 3rd round in the us open at 10am. How sweet to watch her play, listen to her grunt while cooking ribs and having a beer!!!! Who needs the State Fair!!!!
