Too Fine for the Office?

This is pretty wild! There are several shots of her on the web and another editorial on the NY Times. She says she was let go because no matter what she wore, her supervisors said she was too sexy. I believe her. The woman is good looking and stacked. If she ruly lost her job because the bosses felt w she was stirring up to much wood at the office, she should get her job back plus damages.

Her lawyer says that reason for firing was given after she contacted Human Resources about comments that were made regarding her appearance. I don't know the truth, but I do know that Citibank would not be stupid enough to fire her without some sort of legally acceptable rationalization.

Her claim is that she was denied the necessary training by her superiors because of their issues with her appearance.

Just saying, I would absolutely take out a loan with my body as collateral, default, and allow her to repossess me.

I think she's just right to work anywhere

Hot chicks in the workplace is just something to be dealt with if you are married -- or if you're single. Those wonderfully dirty thoughts must be compartmentalized.

i dunno... kinda reminds me of that episode of the office where they fired jan, and then she tried sueing dunder mifflin for discrimination (cuz she got a boob job).

to me it makes no sense to fire someone because they're too hot. in fact if i ran that branch i'd be bringing in more people like her

also as a side note: if she does take this to court she should get nothing more than unemployment. regardless of why she was fired she is hot enough to find work doing many things, being on magazine covers for example. i have a hard time feeling sorry for her; beautiful people pretty much get a free ride 9 times out of 10 in this day and age.

I'll be honest. If I worked with her I'd be so distracted I'd probably get fired for my job performance. I wish they had chicks like this in my factory.

So good looking people don't have a right to "normal" jobs because they can find other jobs? I don't understand the rationale. I don't see how firing staff (assuming here that she was performing well) can be justified in this way.

Without commenting on the validity of the lawsuit, I have also had the frustrations of having a "hot chick" in the workplace. Despite the initial pleasantries of having someone attractive to look at, it can get distracting and ultimately annoying as your entire cast of male coworkers all attempt to spit game on her. Badly. Daily. Unendingly.

Luckily, she was promoted into management quickly, and then it was discovered she had an active pr0n site on the web that she was the star of. She's no longer with our company at this point.

Why fire her? Just stick her out the front behind the counter and business will go up.

I know a girl who works at a surfboard shop and has kept her job for longer than just about anyone else, and its not just because she knows the product

Hot chicks can sell (I know,I bought stuff,we all did!) whatever your product is.Why not benefit from that and fire her?

Sounds like an iffy (re-BS) story that is completelly one sided. I'd also say she's too far up her own *** .

And sorry, but she just ain't that hot.

She looks to me like a real attention whore, rather than a hot business woman.

She's hot, but I wouldn't classify her as "distractingly attractive". I've worked with that before. They start out looking pretty damn good, but manage to amplify it by talking about sex (in quite a bit of detail) most of the time while sitting next to you at work. THAT impedes your ability to concentrate. Anyway, seems like this termination is probably doing more for her job prospects than actually working at the bank, so I say give her some unemployment for the trouble and let the market pick her up after all the free exposure she got.

Mike
