Not sure if any fellow TBers are runners, cyclists, or like me, a little ADD that you sign up for events like the Warrior Dash or Tough Mudder.
This past weekend I did the Tough Mudder and here's my writeup with a big special thanks to www.do512.com for the entry! http://do512blog.com/words-from-a-tough-mudder/

Signed up for the Central Texas event in October. We have a team started for Sunday, so if you still want to sign up, we can add people and get a few bucks off the price. |

I have torn cartilage in my right knee, so I doubt I'd be able to complete the course. My doctor won't clear me to participate, but I might try it anyway and see how far I get.
One beautiful bonus of losing weight....at 370 pounds, I would have had no chance at this.

While it isn't a race, there is a yearly event for the Toughest Mudder. Only the top finishers of each event are qualified. The Toughest Mudder event is 24 hours. Do as many laps as possible. Does that work for you gttim? |

Does look good though, and good job!
Peace,
Greg
