...Hey guys, I had recently just really started a new work out routine for myself, and was wandering if any of you had any advice as far as supplements.

I was thinking of picking up some whey and creatine, but was unsure as to whether or not I really need it.

Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I used whey and creatine when I was training heavy and got good results.
