I don't think it common practice to beat everyones business into the ground with the cheaper faster more mentality.

I loved Montreal when I was there. Great city, great people. I don't mean tourist Montreal either, hanging out in the pubs downtown.

I wouldn't have thought that skipping work to get drunk and have sex with the old, wealthy members of your family would be something Canadians would brag about.

I clearly wasn't part of that study except for the works less part.

Cool, you're from Hearst. I remember reading that before, but I was actually there for the first time around 2 weeks ago at around the same time too (8:37 PM). Me and 2 friends were U-Haulin' it from the Oshawa area to my current residence in Thunder Bay. One of them told me "If you told me a year ago that today I'd be driving through Hearst blasting Meshuggah with the windows down, I wouldn't believe you."

What would you do if you had to spend 10 months of the year indoors?

We've been to Canada 5-6 times from Quebec to Thunder Bay and always had a great time, especially when our dollar was stout against the Canadian dollar.

I'll be moving to Oshawa in a month ! haha..
..... How the hell do you remember passing through Hearst ? I'm sure you enjoyed your stay here. The many attractions we have, the amusement park, the zoo... etc..... Did you at least take a picture with the wolves and moose ?

... hmmm you probably remember because of that "Last McDonald's for 500 km" sign

The route we took involved a long western trip in which we encountered Kapuskasing, Hearst, and hours of straight roads. We joked to our friend driving at the time that he could have done it sleeping. We didn't see any wolves but saw one moose. .
