If someone were to run down the street firing off an uzi into the air and waving a machete around while naked, would you call the police and say "Theres a naked person outside?"
I've been discussing this with a friend on and off for two years.

Edit: If there were/was/is, then perhaps he/she removed his/her clothing w/said machete.
