Time for a new smartphone, as my HTC Fuze has finally crapped out. No more Windows phones for me, so I need to make a decision. The iPhones are pretty slick, but as the kid who had taken apart all his toys by noon Christmas Day, I want a customizable phone, preferably one I can have rooted/jailbroken within an hour after opening the box. Due to these considerations, I think the Android OS is the one for me.
I am pretty much stuck with AT&T, as it's the only carrier that has reception where I work, plus I get a decent discount. I talk, text, and surf a ton. Don't do much streaming video or picture taking. Looking at their Android selection, the Motorola Bravo looks cool (relatively large screen). I know the camera's not great, but I probably only used the one on my Fuse 5-10 times in 2 years; so no big deal. Anyone have experience with this one? What about the others (other Motos, Samsung, etc.)?
