I remember that it was like an outer space war and the one thing i remember is that there were humans artificially breed wic had the belly eye on the back of their names they were called "in vitros" or something.

Any idea?

Haven't seen this Sci-Fi series, but one season doesn't automatically mean that it wasn't good.
I for one would've really liked to see more seasons of Firefly.

Yes youre very right, but the show was anounced to be cancelled, so indeed it was meant to have further seasons. I guess it failed to catch on.

I remember reading somewhere that the actors got a bit greedy after the initial success and as the movie wasn't quite what was expected financialwise, the plug was pulled.
Not facts by any means, just what I remember reading from the wonderful and accurate information media called ... the internet .

You mean Firefly?
They never got good ratings at all... they only barely hit 4.7 million viewers, which is why Fox pulled the plug .

No, it was actually very good (my opinion, of course). Don't know why it didn't go on beyond one season. It left a lot of loose ends untied.

I kind of remeber the alien helmets that were awesome. But i was young and didnt apreciated the show any further than "oh spaceships!"

Firefly was great! It was very unsuccessful but they aired it out of order and changed the time slots around and did all sorts of other things that made that the case...It's DVD sales where great and that's why they eventually made the movie.

If you want some mediocre Sci-Fi Farscape is okay if not just generic and cliche. Battle Star (the new version) was great except I wasn't crazy about the ending (but I still have a Cylon on my desk). Of course there is always 10 seasons of Star Gate, and who knows how much Star Trek TNG (I need to find a place to watch all these, cause they don't play them enough on sci-fi)
