Twitter/Facebook links?

Are the "Follow us on Twitter" and "Find us on Facebook" links at the very bottom of the page new?

I don't usually get all the way to the bottom of the page since all the cool stuff I like stays at the top.

Someone answer me!!!! If it falls to the bottom of the page, or even worse...to page two, I will never find it.
