Someone posted this link on Facebook, a pretty interesting video...but what is it? I looked at the babel-research.eu website and it's some science-y website, looks like some fake promo or something, but does anyone know what this is?

Half Life 2 Movie. A lot of the sounds are the same. That's my guess and I pretty much just creamed my jeans.

Probably not, as some of the stuff in the flick looks quite cheaply done. I'd guess it's a HL-inspired amateur movie.

My guess too.

The scenery was Dutch (the Netherlands).
For an amateur movie, that is extremely well done. Freaking awesome.

I hope there is a lot more to this.

If the people that made this could use a whole neighbourhood and vehicles to make this, it must be something bigger.
