Are unreturned phone calls more about you or them ?

When you have continually unreturned phone calls is it more relfective on you or the person you are calling ?

What if you're mean to that person, and consequently, they don't like you? Then it's your fault they're not returning your calls. What if they're dead? Then it's their fault they're not returning your calls. It's a complex situation.

I have read somewhere that a few unanswered phone calls sorts out those of importance from those without.

I'm terrible at returning phone calls but it's almost always just about me. Truth is, I hate talkingon the phone. I don't even want to talk fopr a few minutes. So I almost never return phone calls.

I just assume someone is dead in a gutter somewhere. If they call me back it's a real surprise then.

I'm on the phone all day at work. If I don't call you back (which I probably won't) it's just because another 20 minutes with a phone on my ear is my idea of hell.
