I'll start:
Sandwich Spread n Cheese
Jam (or Jelly) n Cheese
Peanut Butter n Cheese
PBnJ (not really weird, i know)
Peanut Butter n Banana
Chicken Kerrie Salad n Smoked Ham (especially lovely with a slice o tomatoe on top of it)
Peanut Butter n Chocolate Flakes (Hagelslag for the people that know it)
There's bound to be stuff I'm forgetting, but this'll set you guys off |

- A couple of ham slices, a generous piece of Brie cheese and a slice of pickled cucumber (these ones: )
- Lingonberry chutney (containing also ginger, apple, chili and balsamic vinegar), roast beef and a slice of good cheese is nice too.
None of these are that strange though. I'm pretty traditional. Anyway, I was surprised you don't use any standard cheeses over there. I stayed at three different hotels when I was in Ontario a couple of weeks ago, and I didn't get a slice of cheese on any of those places. And no, Philadelphia cheese or that processed stuff you put in hamburgers is not what I mean by cheese.
