So for anyone who chooses to ship stuff via the UPS Store... If you take the ship to address in to them on a sheet of paper, I highly recommend holding on to that sheet of paper even after you ship it until it arrives. I took something there to ship it... let them pack it (they did a good job at that), print up the the label, everything. The computer did say it didn't recognize the address, and the rep let me know that and asked if I still wanted to ship it there (it was a confirmed address on PayPal, so I said yes)... Little did I know that he had typed the zip code incorrectly by one number, though, and wound up sending the item to a completely different city and state (I didn't get to see his computer screen as he typed it in, so I (apparently wrongly) assumed he had typed in the address I gave him). Anyway, when I went in to fix it today, he implied that he didn't do it wrong and it couldn't be proved otherwise without that sheet of paper (which I had since thrown away). Anyway... The package was able to be intercepted and rerouted, so hopefully it should arrive at the correct destination in time. But yeah, I've definitely learned that just because you take it to the UPS Store doesn't mean that they're responsible for sending it to the right place (had I typed in the address myself, I obviously would bear full responsibility for getting it right and wouldn't be complaining)... So I guess just make sure to check their work.
