Perhaps a tougher schedule would change that.

We lost to USC 69-0 last weekend, ending a string of 280 straight games in which we were not shut out. And to make it worse, they could have scored at least 4-6 more TDs if they wanted to. Pete Carroll is a class guy and didn't run up the score. We were down 41-0 at halftime, USC had the ball on our 10 with 3 timeouts and 20+ seconds, and they just let the clock run out.
And when 69-0 is NOT running up the score, you know you're playing a team that really, really stinks. We do - absolutely, completely and thoroughly.
But I will watch every minute of every game, cheer for Ol' Wazzu, wear the Crimson and Grey, and wait for next year. And if we beat the equally pitiful and lowly U of Warshington dawgz in the Apple Cup, the season will be redeemed.

He was told he should thank God he's in the Big Ten. According to the BCS he could be 5th in the Big 12!!
South Division!!!!!!!!!!
He stopped talking at that point...... |

The SEC/Big 12 wars have raged in our house for years. Truthfully, the SEC has consistently been the premier conference for many years now. Not this year. The Big 12 is in the middle of a "Perfect Storm" of quarterbacks. 9 of the top 15 QB's in the country play in the Big 12.
Will Muschamp(sorry about hitting a nerve Doc!) said a couple of days ago that he'd really like to get to game plan an SEC team right now. Texas is in the middle of a very SEC-like section of the schedule: OU, Mizzou, OK State, TTech. If they get through that patch it should be smooth saling to the Big 12 title game.
Hook 'em
