Whats your thought on this? i quite drinking soda, i want to start eating and drinking healthy, so i thought i would start buying this stuff but it has a scary amount of sodium. I only drink one can a day so i dont think it is gonna kill me and i am gonna start buying the low sodium one but is it as good for you as they say?

They make low salt V8, that's what I buy. Good stuff. Especially with some Vodka, pepper, horseradish and a cellery stalk

I like to drink the V8 fusion.

I must have fruit in there with all those nasty-a** vegetables.

If you are going straight V8, then get the low-sodium. The regular v*'s sodium content is nuts.

Yep, go for the low sodium stuff. And there are also, depending on where you live, a bunch of significantly cheaper knockoffs. I started buying the cheaper stuff when I realized I was spending $100 a month on blended veggies.

I love V8. I probably drink it in unhealthy amounts. Drinking it in a more reasonable manner is healthy though, so I recommend it.

Spicy V8 in our Bloody Marys every Sunday. Except we make Bloody Marys with balls.

Olives. Jalapeno and garlic stuffed olives. Try it some time.

By the way, the "with balls" reference comes from Jean Shepards "In God we trust, all others pay cash." Good book.

Avoid this stuff if you suffer with acid reflux though. It's a killer.
