Whats your thought on this? i quite drinking soda, i want to start eating and drinking healthy, so i thought i would start buying this stuff but it has a scary amount of sodium. I only drink one can a day so i dont think it is gonna kill me and i am gonna start buying the low sodium one but is it as good for you as they say? |

If you are going straight V8, then get the low-sodium. The regular v*'s sodium content is nuts.

And there are also, depending on where you live, a bunch of significantly cheaper knockoffs. I started buying the cheaper stuff when I realized I was spending $100 a month on blended veggies.
