Variety, Variety and more Variety

Yea, variety surely is the spice of life. I am pleased with and also dismayed by it at the same time. During my short tenure on TB I've been exposed to a lot of different opinions, about music, basses and bass players (duh).

One thing that TB reminded me of is that variety is good! Thanks TB'ers for telling me about your favorite band, your favorite bass player and your experiences with the bass and with making music.

Some opinions to me at times may seem "out there" and that's just my own bias of course. The fact of the matter is without variety things would be really dull, at times I wonder how someone could honestly come to some of the conclusions that they have come too. However, the great thing is that it really doesn't matter that someone has a wildly different view about a certain band, musician, or brand of musical instruments, and the differing opinions often bring out a lot of good discussion points

Really the variety of TB is great, keep up the good work TB!
