VBulletin Forum Owners: A Question

I have a friend who owns a VBulletin forum and had this question:

I want to know if I have multiple skins how it works with upgrading. Do I have to make each one a parent skin or make ONE parent and have them under it so the changes are only done once.

If you have the/an answer to that, she would be truly appreciative.

You know there is a forum at the vbulletin site where he (you) can ask exactly that kind of question.
