Vegas Places to Eat and not $$$$

Going to Vegas this weekend as a civilian, and catching the early show at Bellaggios on Saturday night. Looking for a place to eat that is reasonably close and not too expensive...any local advice?

Arizona Charlie's prime rib buffet is pretty cheap and it rocks. There are two that are pretty close to the strip.

There's a little cafe-type place in the Luxor that has this KILLER killer "southwest breakfast" thing. It was so good that the last time I was there I had it for breakfast and again for dinner the same day.
Then at the Excalibur, they have this buffet where you pay once and can keep going back all day.

I love Hubert Keller's burger bar on the connection between Mandalay and Luxor. If you like "gourmet" burgers, you should certainly check it out. A kobe beef burger and a couple of beers was around $25 which is not super cheap, but manageable for high quality food on the strip.

Good cannolis at the New Your New York italian cafe.

I also recommend the cirq du solei "adult show" - it is great.

If that is close to the Four Seasons where I am staying in a couple weeks, I am in BIG trouble.
