Question Verizon Wireless Vcast help. Please!

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys, I bought a Verizon Wireless Voyager today. I'm trying to add music from my PC to my phone. I installed the software which were: the drivers for the usb cable used between the PC and the phone, and Vcast Rhapsody music manager. I'm supposed to be able to open up the Rhapsody and drag songs onto my phone. For some reason my phone does not show up in the sources menu where it is supposed to be. I know my phones drivers are installed into the computer, but it won't show up in the software I'm supposed to use for transfering music.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have windows Vista btw, if that helps.

I can't find a number. Or even an email for that matter.

I found another way to do it, but it takes longer.

I just drag the songs onto the memory card.
