It would mean the deathmatch between Darryl and Merle would be fake, and Merle seemed genuinely surprised when that was announced. It would also mean the governor counted on Merle being let into the prison, which the odds were against, what with Merle beating on Glenn and such. Moreover, the Governor isn't sure about where Merle's loyalties lie. If it was a set-up, there would have been no need to question that aloud to Merle, when no one was around for whom that show would be, if you catch my drift.
It would be quite an interesting twist if you were right though. |

I think merle is finally coming around after he realized what he did to his brother as a child. |

A few walkers, even a small group as was released inside the prison gates, is not much of a danger to Ricks group. Especially since theyre all visible, not popping out from behind doors. Quote:

Well the main problem in that regard. Merle being Merle, Rick being postal and Glenn trying to be a bamf will probably do some stirring too. | Yeah, they wrecked the gate, and they'll need to repair that while fending off walkers. Quote:

I found it odd that they didn't really show what happened with Tyrese's group.
Found it odd that so many folks were using full auto and that it doesn't attract every walker in 10 miles. With everyone low on ammo, single fire. I also found it odd that the Governor was shooting the Steyr right handed and more or less in the air.
Wonder where/how the walkers are getting in the prison. |

I'm sure they'll be back. I think Hershel got through to Rick, and the first half of the next episode will probably be Rick making amends for his trip to Crazyville, followed by sending someone to bring Tyreese back.
I'm thinking Andrea will show up at the prison while all this is going on. |

This is Daryl's chance to step up as a leader and prove to the group that he can keep his brother under control. If he can do that, the Gov doesn't stand a chance. |
