Nice... but the bear is too crisp... try to fade the color on the bear a bit and use the effect tool to put a very slight fuzz around the edges. It will look better if you make the bear fit into the picture a bit more in terms of lighting, color, etc....

Basics are great, but it's the fine tuning that will get it to look perfect.
