I thought it was great. Top-notch horror, seriously. When it was done, I felt emotionally drained, like I had just been through a real experience, which in my opinion is what good film should do. If you know what it's about and you're wondering if it's worth it, it is. See it. Terrifying and disgusting and awesome.
