Funny stuff. I think that was the real Cyndi Lauper.

Coincidentally, on AVClub.com today there's a good countdown of "14 overblown charity/advocacy songs besides 'We Are The World'". I recommend watching them in small doses, it's hard to take that much earnestness at once.

I just watched it 3 times in a row, and I am so giddy...

Yeah, my faves were Bruce and Cyndi. So well done. The Mikey J "whooo" was incredible too. That guy sounded really close.
