Which web browser do you use?

Sign in to disble this ad
With Mozilla Firefox 3 and Opera 9.5 being released, I wonder which internet browser you use?

I personally favour the newest version of Opera, as it's both the fastest and most secure browser on the Windows platform. I also prefer the new Opera because the new design is awesome. Safari is overall the safest browser, but only when using it on a computer with Mac software. The most 'standard' browser, Internet explorer, I belive is slow (difference between Mozilla and Opera is barely noticeable, but when using IE there is a distinct difference from the two aforementioned) and unsecure.

So, how about you? Which do you use, and why? Mozilla, Opera, IE, Safari, Netscape or perhaps another browser?

Firefox

I had opera it's okay.
I think it's faster by negligible amounts.
Opera seems like Firefox lite. It also doesn't seem to run as smooth.
My opinion.

FF 2 currently. I might upgrade when I feel like it.

FireFox 2.0 for now. I will wait for the next rev of 3.0 or when most of the bugs are worked out.

Opera. I've been using it since 4.5. Got to be ten years now. I absolutely love "Speed Dial".

FF on XP, Vista, OSX and OpenSuse.

I like FF3 out of all the browsers. I hate safari and IE, never really liked Opera much either.

not an opera fan... tried it a few times over the years. I run FF2 on all my PCs (XP) I've not had a current Mac since pre OSX and they all ran Netscape. I need to run IE for 2 monitoring GUI I use at work... as well as for my office Exchange based webmail and VPN access when home.

I've tried Opera a few times. I wanted to like it. I just never did. I think the vast majority of us would agree that IE sucks eggs. I have FF 2.whatever on my laptop and desktop. I used my work computer for FF 3 (where I am now), and it's okay. It will be much better once add-ons are updated to run on it. I no longer have Adblock, and have to see all the ridiculous gay adds on here now!

Thanks Maki for diluting the pool with your gayness!!!!

IE7 and FF3. Mostly IE7, just because it's what I'm used to. Besides, it's not like adblock only has extensions for FF...
