Hey guys. i just received a free weider body works pro but i don't have a manual/instructions for it, does anyone know where i can get one?

If i can get one online that would be great but otherwise i guess just the manual would cost alot less than the whole thing!

Can anyone give me some more info on this thing as well?

Heres a pic:

That depends on what your goals are, and your reasons for acquiring this machine. Do a search here in OT for "exercise", "gym", and "weight loss". You will find quite a few threads with some answers for you.
