I just had a burrito for a bedtime snack.. its gonna suck giving up good foods again, but its only a 10 week diet... meh. Anyone done competitions here?

can you try this:

put a sunflower seed in that pocket where your elbow bends and then give an almighty flex of epic proportions and see if you can crack the shell?

I have, won my weight class 2x. That was in the 90s though.
