Shaaaaame. We should be making them feel welcome to TB.

Also, ... more new people will bring more *interesting* things around here.

Just thought I'd bring that to everyone's attention.

I tried to welcome folks in the past but it's like a full time job, as there's so many at times. I just sorta gave up on it

Whenever I see a new member thread, if it hasn't gotten a reply yet, I add one. If it's not hecka long I actually read it.
Whenever you point your finger, there are several others pointing back at you. Just sayin.

Welcome cookies! You're learn a lot here - like which bass is best for metal, the fact that Canadians talk funny, and that Radical Edward is not regular in "his" bowel movements!

Just thought I'd bring that to everyone's attention.

I think regulars (rightly or wrongly) just forget to go to the "Welcome" thread. Besides, once noobies start participating, they should soon realise just how friendly (generally ) and helpful TB is. Also, when a noob posts for the first time, a regular will notice this and welcome him/her then. I have seen this happen lots of times.

No harm in bringing it to people's attention though.
