cry baby. come on out to california. you can drive right past a refinery into a gas station and expect to pay 3.30+. hell, we even drill on and offshore here, so that just adds to the mystery.

I'm in NY, it's minimum 3.19 for regular.
I've been riding my bike a lot lately, but it's starting to get too cold.

Sorry what's that? I can't hear you over the sound of my 2.83 gas. Granted, it was 2.75 yesterday.

The Missus and I are looking at new cars (mid-size wagon-SUV types) and we have been unimpressed with regards to mileage.

It prompted me to say at one dealership; "With these numbers, one might be under the impression this country has a comprehensive energy policy".

Ours is up to 1.14 a litre here, its rediculous.

I was gonna buy a 4 wheel drive pickup soon, but I think thats off the table now due to gas prices.

Hey, I'm thinking back to Summer 2008 when I was paying $4.279 a gallon.

However, Jersey is weird... lowest gas prices around with full service.

I miss pumping my own gas, but not in winter

We in NYS have been over three bucks a gallon for the past few months. Everytime I go to MA. it's a special treat to buy for 25 cents less than in NY.

Quit whining!

Fuel is about £1.20 a litre here. That's about £5.40 a gallon, or $7 per US gallon. Filling up my tank from empty costs me around £70/$110.

At those prices, I'm assuming you use a bicycle as much as possible!

He probably drives and just deals with it, like the rest of the world does. Gas is around $1.15/liter here, which is in the $4/gal range. Gas prices are cheap in the US.

Don't be hating on our subsidized fuel prices.
