I'll watch it if it's on, but I won't plan my schedule around it.

I never realized all the episodes have aired already. I'm looking forward to the new season as well. |

Next weeks episode of Caprica is the season finally. I also like Stargate Universe, I think that comes back on the 2nd and Eureka is July I think.

I heard that the sheriff may not be back in Eureka - that would be a huge loss. |

They do a good job of making her out to be hot/geeky but in the Vegas episode........in that black dress............YOWZA!!!!!!!! They need to bring back that alter ego Myka in the new season!! |

I watched the first SG-U episodes on demand since I wasn't home when it was on. As long as you take it as an independent entity and not a direct continuation of Atlantis or SG-1, I think it works well, though some of the writing was prone to the deux ex machina device. Lou Diamond Phillips has done a good job of making his character extremely unlikeable, but I haven't really latched on to any of the characters the way I was able to with SG-1 or Atlantis (and Teal'c would have to be a bass player if he was a musician, 'nuff said). The occasional cameo of O'Neill is enough to keep things in the context of the SG storyline, I don't want to see a McKay and Carter or Daniel Jackson save the day episode in SG-U. The SG-U characters still need more development and I think that'll happen in the next batch of episodes.
I never got into Eureka so I can't comment.

We have FiOS and finding the channels, then finding the HD channels can be an adventure. I found SyFy and put it in my favs For anything else, or the DVR, I often have my kids figure it out |

i watched all of sg-1, and, except for the fact that they had a good ending, macguyer left, and then they kind of dragged it out a bit much, i really liked it. ive not seen a single episode of atlantis, because i didnt get on board at the beginning, and hulu only has recent episodes, so maybe i will have to netflix it or something.
anyway, my question is this: would watching atlantis make sg u better? i know at the end of sg-1 they touched on atlantis, so im wondering if atlantis transitions into sg u. just a thought, though im probably going to rent atlantis just the same.
oh, and i checked out imdb, and its got dr rush listed as being in 20 episodes. hes easily the best character on the show, and now im wondering how the hell theyre going to keep his story going, given the way things ended at the break.
and now to watch my favorite obsessive tv show: lost. gotta love canadian cappers. they get that stuff online fast, man! just after 4pm pac std time! woo!
ok- thats all the completely unrelated warehouse 13 stuff i got for now. ill have to watch it soon to actually contribute anything here. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
