Just had a Cantillon Gueuze and Russian River Pliny the Elder.
Gotta love the sour horseblanket funk of the Gueuze and the hop bomb that is Pliny the Elder.
I will be frequently rating beers (it's what I do for a living after all) on here and invite everyone else to join me in good brew chat.
Cheers,
Mike

I just poured 6 gallons of Delerium Tremens clone down the drain this weekend. Not sure whether it had got infected or just overheated during fermentation but just sniffing it would dissolve the lining of your nose, way too many heavy alcohols. Not a common occurrence, but a very sad day when it happens.

Cheers | If he could part time play bass and part time taste beer, that would be ideal.

Life is so cruel at times, forcing such choices on us.
