New Belgium Belgo: really starting to like Belgian IPAs.
Young's London Ale: I was saddened by this beer. I got hooked on it in '09 right when they stopped importing anything besides their chocolate stout. It was a dark IPA with an ESB finish. I'm not sure if the imported beer was different from what's available in the UK or if they changed the recipe. The beer I drank is now straw colored and basically a regular British IPA.
St. Bernardus Christmas ale: excellent
N'Ice Chouffe: excellent
Big Chouffe: perhaps my favorite of all the beers I had this weekend
Northern Brewer's Saison noel homebrew kit: good.
Local distillery Solas chava rum: bold and put me 3 sheets to the wind. |
