I ate leftover red beans and rice with corn, green beans and mushrooms mixed in, with a side of spicy pickled asparagus.

three eggs scrambled(minus two yolks) with onions, bell peppers, and cheese
two slices of Daves Killer Bread Good Seed
one 32 ounce glass of water.
Currently working on a triple Americano. After years and years of eating junk for breakfast, it feels good to be eating healthier now.

1 blueberry muffin (smallish)
1 large iced coffee, black (with a bit of mocha) bought on way to work, sipped all morning.
sausage and cheese on wheat bread sammich. (other half from my son's breakfast)

still full.

Sounds awful.

Scrambled eggs with yolks sounds good right about now though.

Sounds familiar. My usual is 3 egg whites and half a yolk beaten with half a cup of cooked brown rice and fried in olive oil like a frittata. Sometimes rice gets substituted with asparagus or spinach with a little feta, then I add wheat bread. Eating healthy does make you feel better. :-)

Oh my Rosie

Ok, I didn't ( or don't, rather ) do much better. I'm not a breakfast person by and large unless I'm camping. A cup of coffee and occasionally ( ok rarely ) a banana.
